My husband and I began our journey to find a new home in late April. Prior to our home search I had a dream about my late father helping us find a home. I took it as a sign and we contacted Darren Mills. He quickly started sending us properties and joining us at open houses. His expertise was much appreciated as there were issues with homes we didn’t notice but he was able to point out. He always guided us in the right direction. After an unfortunate issue with our first lender Darren and the JanusGroup continued to help us to quickly find a new lender. Ultimately, we were able to find the best loan and home for our family. We received the keys on Father’s Day and I took it as a sign that my late father was watching over us. The JanusGroup was always quick to respond and provided a caring and kind experience. Darren’s Story

Darren joined the team in January 2022 as a Property Manager, but it was soon clear that his passion was managing remodel projects – both large and small – for our clients. His role as Senior Design Consultant gives the JanusGroup another unique value add for clients who are looking to remodel their home prior to selling, to purchase a property to flip, or to purchase a rental property that needs some work.

Whether you’re looking to do work to a home or not, Darren is an amazing Realtor, so whether you’re a buyer or seller, you’ll love the care and attention to detail he can provide through the process.

Darren’s passion for real estate began in 2007 following the success of his first home remodel. 15 years later, Darren has managed over a dozen profitable projects and new construction builds. To his credit, his project manager acumen is second to none. Darren has also been a licensed realtor since 2015, giving the same white-glove attention to detail approach to his clients.

Darren is a self-taught guitarist who loves to be physically active, whether it be hiking the many trails of the PNW, snowboarding down the backside of Stevens Pass, or working out with his family.
