The Highlands.

While only a 20-minute drive to downtown SeattleThe Highlands feels a world away.  Once you pass through the 24 hour guarded gate, you’ll enjoy a quintessential Pacific Northwest experience.  Nothing quite compares to meandering through the old growth trees, with Puget Sound and the Olympics as a backdrop.  This neighborhood is like no other; designed by the Olmsted Brothers in 1907, this community of 107 homes is spread across 400 splendid acres.  A wonderful mix of privacy and community, this wooded enclave includes walking trails, tennis courts, community swimming pool, private beach access, preschool, chapel and much more.

Welcome home to The Highlands.
