Market Update - August 2025

Hello August! As we inch closer to fall, Seattle inventory, interest rates, and buyer demand are evolving. Join Aaron and Diane as they take a quick look at what’s driving the change.

In Seattle, the median home price was slightly up 0.51% from July 2024, coming in at $879,950. Over on the Eastside, the median sale price came in at $1,400,000, down 1.65% year-over-year. Looking across all of King county, home sale prices were down 0.57%, coming in at $875,000.
