October brought a bit of stability to home prices across the region, with Seattle and King County holding steady year over year. Seattle’s median sale price came in at $850,000, unchanged from October 2025. On the Eastside, prices landed at $1,264,000, down 6.37% compared to this time last year. Looking at King County, the median sales price was also $850,000, matching October 2025.
