In Seattle, the median home price was up a healthy 7.97% from October 2024, coming in at $1,049,999. Over on the Eastside, the median sale price came in at $1,550,000, breaking even year-over-year. Looking across all of King county, home sale prices were up 3.85%, coming in at $997,000.
