There are no words to adequately describe the amazing experience we had selling our home with Aaron Janus and the JanusGroup team. From the beginning of the process right through to the successful end, we were treated not only with respect but also with compassion too for the monumental life change we were going through. Aaron’s Story

Aaron first attained his Real Estate License in 2004 while working in Multifamily Property Management. In January 2005 he joined RE/MAX Integrity and soon thereafter formed the JanusGroup. Now in his 20th year as a RE/MAX affiliate, Aaron has proven year after year to be in the top tier of production. He has attained several important designations, including Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), and Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE). Aaron is in the RE/MAX Diamond Club, as well as the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. He’s also attained the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement award.

More important to him than any designation are the accolades he’s received from his clients, as well as the team he is proud to lead. Aaron has partnered with incredible business coaches that have helped guide the team to focus on creating a true heart-based culture and creating lasting relationships centered around the client. This has been the foundation of a successful business that is 80%+ referrals from past clients.

Aaron has been in Seattle since 1996, living in many different areas; including Shoreline, Wallingford, Capitol Hill, Green Lake, Queen Anne, Bellevue, and Issaquah. He holds a BA in Business Administration with a focus in Entrepreneurship from the Foster Business School at the University of Washington.

Currently, Aaron lives in West Seattle with his two incredible boys (15 and 12). When he’s not working, he enjoys hanging out with his boys, traveling, getting out into nature, and enjoying his renaissance.


