From skeptical to successful
The Clients
Mike and Stacy have a young, and growing family, who were starting to outgrow their first home. Mike is in video game development, and Stacy is a stay at home mom. When they contacted Aaron, who helped them purchase their first home, the idea was that they would simply sell their current home and find a bigger one.
The Big Concerns
After their initial meeting with Aaron, Mike and Stacy now had a new idea to consider, hanging onto their first home and turning it into an investment property! This was not something they had ever considered before. And, while there was incredible potential and opportunity with this idea, it was also a bit scary.
