Mercer Island

All waterfront properties on Lake Washington north of the 520 floating bridge. This includes the homes, condos, and land in the U District, Laurelhurst, Windermere, Sand Point, and Matthews Beach neighborhoods.

Lake Forest Park

A city of just 13,000, Lake Forest Park has a lot of coastline along Lake Washington that is home to many waterfront properties.

Kenmore

Sitting at the northernmost point of Lake Washington, the city of Kenmore has many waterfront homes and condos.

Kirkland

There are a multitude of waterfront properties in Kirkland, including in Juanita Bay.

Yarrow Point, Hunts Point, Medina

This triad of small towns, adjacent to Bellevue and Kirkland, features some of the most expensive real estate in the country.
