In Seattle, the median home price is up 2.87% from June 2025, coming in at $899,975. Over on the Eastside, the median sale price came in at $1,337,500 – down 2.37% year-over-year. Looking across all of King County, home sale prices were up 1.16%, coming in at $875,000.
