Darren joined the team in January 2022 as a Property Manager, but it was soon clear that his passion was managing remodel projects - both large and small - for our clients. His role as Senior Design Consultant gives the JanusGroup another unique value add for clients who are looking to remodel their home prior to selling, to purchase a property to flip, or to purchase a rental property that needs some work.

Darren's passion for real estate began in 2007 following the success of his first home remodel. 15 years later, Darren has managed over a dozen profitable projects and new construction builds. To his credit, his project manager acumen is second to none. Darren has also been a licensed realtor since 2015, giving the same white-glove attention to detail approach to his clients.

Darren is a self-taught guitarist who loves to be physically active, whether it be hiking the many trails of the PNW, snowboarding down the backside of Stevens Pass, or working out with his family.
